We adhere strictly to data minimization principles. We do not operate broad ad-tracking scripts, biometric capture, or consumer credit scoring. The data we collect is restricted to:
- Business Inquiries: When you submit a request through our contact form, we collect your business name, contact individual name, corporate email address, general geographic location, and operational storage specifications (such as pallet estimates and timeline requirements).
- Technical Telemetry: Standard web server logs capturing truncated IP addresses, user-agent strings, timestamps, and referring URLs strictly necessary to maintain server stability and defend against automated denial-of-service attempts.

4. Data Processors and Hosting Infrastructure
Our web servers and transactional mail relays are located inside the European Economic Area (EEA). We partner exclusively with hosting providers that adhere to ISO/IEC 27001 data protection standards. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or exchange your commercial data with marketing list brokers or advertising conglomerates.
5. International Data Transfers
Because our core hosting and administrative operations reside within the Netherlands, standard processing remains within the EEA. Should technical routing necessitate transmission to a facility outside the European Union, such transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring equivalent data protection.
6. Data Retention Horizons
Inbound business storage inquiries that do not result in a commercial service agreement are purged from our active inquiry database after twenty-four (24) months. Server access logs are rotated and permanently overwritten after thirty (30) days. Accounting records associated with active service contracts are retained for seven (7) years in compliance with Dutch corporate tax regulations.
